1. Booking Agreement

By completing this booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Sunny Mini-Golf. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment and is subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a 100% refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. You may reschedule your booking through the confirmation page or by contacting the venue directly.

4. Arrival & Check-in

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of your booking without refund.

5. Venue Rules

All guests must follow the venue's rules and guidelines. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these rules.

6. Liability

Participation in activities is at your own risk. The venue is not responsible for personal injury or property damage that may occur during your visit.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and communication related to your reservation. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
