Customers can scan a QR code on their scorecard, at their hole, or anywhere you place it. They can also access the menu through the PuttScores app or Alfred chat assistant. No app download is required - it works in any mobile browser.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Customers can pay with any major credit or debit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. All transactions are PCI compliant.
Kitchen staff use the dedicated Kitchen Display panel which shows orders in real-time as they come in. They can mark orders as "Preparing" and "Ready". Delivery staff have a separate Delivery Panel showing orders ready for delivery with hole numbers.
Transaction fees depend on your subscription: Enterprise (0%), Premium (3%), Standard (5%), Free (8%). If you connect your own Stripe account, funds go directly to you minus the platform fee. Without Stripe Connect, there's an additional 5% manual payout fee.
Yes, customers have a 3-minute window after placing an order to cancel and receive an automatic refund. After that window, cancellations can be processed manually by staff through the admin dashboard.
Yes! You can create custom categories like "Beverages", "Snacks", "Hot Food", "Specials", etc. Each item can have a photo, description, price, and can be marked as featured or temporarily unavailable.
