What plans include the newsletter builder?
The newsletter builder is included with Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Free plans do not have access to the newsletter feature. Standard includes 500 emails/month, Premium includes 1,000 emails/month, and Enterprise includes 10,000 emails/month.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
If you reach your monthly email limit, you'll need to wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. The system will prevent you from scheduling campaigns that exceed your available credits.
How do I collect subscriber emails?
Subscribers are collected automatically when players opt-in during scorecard sign-up, booking confirmation, or waiver completion. You can also add subscribers manually or import a CSV list of existing contacts.
Can subscribers unsubscribe?
Yes. Every email includes an automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom. When someone unsubscribes, they're immediately removed from your active list and won't receive future campaigns. This is required by law (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
Can I see who opened my emails?
Yes. The analytics dashboard shows open rates, click rates, and engagement over time. You can see aggregate statistics as well as which links were clicked most. Individual recipient tracking helps you understand your most engaged subscribers.
What email address do newsletters come from?
Emails are sent from a PuttScores domain but display your course name as the sender. You can customize the "From Name" and set a reply-to email address so responses go directly to your inbox.
