Who we are
PuttScores was born from a vision: mini golf deserves the same digital transformation every other entertainment venue has had. We're not a big company with a huge team. We're a focused group of builders, designers, and operators who pour everything into making this the best platform in the industry.

Team Member Permissions & Complete Security Audit
A full 9-phase security overhaul of the staffing system. Role-based permissions for every tab and API endpoint. OAuth cross-course login fixes. Plan downgrade enforcement that automatically suspends excess team members. Viewer write-protection across the entire dashboard. PIN-only staff POS for on-the-ground employees.
Per-Feature Multi-Tax-Rate System
Each payment feature (kiosk, bookings, food ordering, tournaments) now gets its own independent multi-rate tax configuration. Legacy courses work seamlessly through automatic fallback. Real tax breakdowns on every receipt and email.
SmartSelfie System
AI-powered selfie booth with face detection, branded frames, custom filter uploads, and a live preview in the dashboard. Five canvas-drawn frame templates, 12 built-in filters, and support for custom PNG overlays with anchor positioning. Players get memorable photos sent straight to their inbox.
Inventory & Maintenance Management
Full inventory tracking with stock transfers, equipment checkout/checkin, CSV exports, and automated reorder alerts. Maintenance scheduling with task generation, asset management, and overdue detection crons. Built for courses that take operations seriously.
Live View Reliability Overhaul
Fixed the live course map resetting after page refreshes. Normalized data across all socket emit points, added stale group auto-cleanup, and improved reconnection handling. The map now stays accurate whether you refresh once or fifty times.
Shareable Game Results & Onboarding Wizard
Players can now share their final scores via native share links. A guided 4-step onboarding wizard helps new subscribers get set up fast. Billing tab checkout rebuilt with Stripe Elements integration.
