You are responsible for all hardware installation. All tablets must be mounted, powered, and connected to WiFi before we arrive. TV displays and cameras (if applicable) should also be physically installed and powered. We only provide software configuration and training - no hardware installation is included. We'll send you a detailed pre-deployment checklist after booking.
Typical deployments take 2 days. Day 1 focuses on system configuration and testing. Day 2 includes final testing, staff training, and going live with real players.
We provide comprehensive training on system operation, player registration, scorecard management, troubleshooting common issues, and best practices. Training typically lasts 2-3 hours and includes hands-on practice.
All deployments include 90 days of extended support. You can reach our team via email or phone if you encounter any issues or have questions. We also provide ongoing platform updates and improvements.
Yes, we understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We'll work with you to find a new date that works for your facility.
You can cancel your booking anytime before we schedule the deployment date. Once dates are confirmed, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Contact us to discuss specific situations.
