Yes. The ESIGN Act and UETA make electronic signatures legally equivalent to handwritten signatures for most purposes, including liability waivers. Our system captures all necessary verification data including timestamp, IP address, and device information to ensure enforceability.

We use multi-factor device fingerprinting that combines browser characteristics, screen resolution, timezone, hardware specs, and canvas/WebGL fingerprints to create a unique identifier. When a returning player visits, we match their device signature to find their existing waiver. No login required.

When a date of birth indicates the player is under 18, the system automatically requires guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must provide their name, relationship, and signature. For children under 13, additional COPPA-compliant protections are applied.

Absolutely. You can write your own waiver text customized for your specific needs. You can also create multiple waiver types (liability, photo release, equipment rental) and require different combinations for different activities.

Waivers are stored indefinitely by default. You can set custom expiration periods (annual, 2 years, etc.) based on your business needs. When a waiver expires, the player will be prompted to sign again on their next visit. All historical waivers remain accessible for legal records.

Yes. Players can sign on their smartphone, tablet, laptop, or your on-site kiosk. The signature pad works on any touch screen or with a mouse. No app download required. Everything works in the browser.
